ACCESS SETUP GUIDE

This guide outlines the necessary steps to grant SOARR Services secure access to your OTA portals. Providing this access enables our team to perform comprehensive audits, identify missing revenue, and streamline the recovery process. Please complete all steps outlined in each of the three sections to ensure a smooth and secure onboarding experience.

1. Admin Log In

Visit Expedia Partner Central and log in using your admin credentials.

 

2. Navigate to Settings

In the top-right corner, click your profile icon (or business name) and select “User Management” from the dropdown.

 

3. Click “Invite User”

You’ll see a list of current users. Click the “Invite User” button (usually in the top right of the User Management screen).

 

4. Enter User Details

Fill in the specific information for the new user:

First Name: Christine

Last Name: Chambers

Email Address: ADMIN3@SOARRSERVICES.COM

Role: Select “Property User” (this is the standard role for hotel-level access to manage reservations, availability, and pricing).

 

5. Set Property Access (if multiple)

Select the appropriate properties if multiple properties are participating in revenue recovery.

1. Admin Log In

Visit admin.booking.com and log in using your credentials.

 

2. Go to the ‘Account’ Menu

Click on “Account” (upper right-hand corner) and then select “Create and manager users”.

 

3. Click “Add a new user”

This will take you to the invitation setup screen.

 

4. Enter the New User’s Email Address

5. Select Role & Permissions

  • Choose “Custom access” when prompted to assign permissions manually.

  • Under Finance, enable:

    • Access to invoices, payouts, and financial reports

  • Under Reservations, enable:

    • View credit card details

    • View guest contact details

 

6. Send Invitation

1. Admin Log In

Visit Agoda YCS and log in using your admin credentials.

 

2. Go to the User Management Section

From the left-hand menu, click on “Settings” and select “User Management”.

 

3. Add a New User - ADMIN3@SOARRSERVICES.COM

 

4. Send Invitation
